John Purcell is one of the gaming industry’s leading experts. Based in Ireland, John is a Certified Management Consultant with over 20 years of providing professional services in advanced gaming technology, multi- jurisdictional gaming regulations and an unparalleled knowledge of operational management excellence in gaming, lottery and casino businesses worldwide.
John has worked with some of the largest manufacturers, developers, vendors and operators of gaming facilities, primarily in Europe and North America, both online and offline.
Before beginning a career in Gaming six years ago as a Bingo Club GM, Stephen found success in the print industry for fifteen years and glass manufacturing for seven years.
Stephen's Bingo savvy and leadership skills flourished as he saw to the opening of a new Bingo Club from the planning stages. His experience with the eQube system and staff as a GM made him the perfect candidate to join eQube in 2015 as the Irish Operations Manager, noteably delivering a Linked Bingo game, which is played throughout Ireland.
Stephen's knowledgeable relationship within the Irish Bingo Community has been an asset to eQube, where he is now Vice President of European operations to include UK and Spanish clients as eQube grows it's European exposure.

Sandi Johnston is a practical strategist with a realistic view of bingo operations. With over 20 years’ in the bingo industry, Sandi brings experience in regulatory matters as well as on hands operating knowledge.
Her education is based in accounting, project management and business management with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry.
Combined with her bingo experience, these skills are highly beneficial in assisting customers with designing operating processes and program development.
She is skilled in Budgeting, Operations Management, Risk Management, Fraud Investigations, Project Management and Customer Service. Sandi is a strong business development professional with a Business Management Degree who is focused in Business Administration and Management.
Her experience allows her to address operations from floor sellers right up to business owners and operators including regulatory reporting and requirements. Her straight forward, down to earth attitude is widely respected throughout the bingo industry.

North American Operations
Andrew Janko is an entrepreneur and investor for over 30 years. Mr. Janko owned and operated a private RV and auto sales and service company.
Mr. Janko is also a successful venture capitalist investor who is also the principal owner of shopping malls, oil & gas service companies and gaming corporations.
Robb McNaughton has been a partner in the Securities and Capital Markets Group at the law firm Borden Ladner Gervais LLP since July 2013. From March 2010 to July 2013, Mr. McNaughton was a partner in the corporate finance group at the law firm Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP. Previously to this, Mr. McNaughton was a lawyer and partner with Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP (currently Dentons LLP). Mr. McNaughton worked from September 2002 to November 2003 as the Vice-President of Strategy and Corporate Operations at Assante Corporation, which was a financial services company formerly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. McNaughton graduated from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in 1991. In 2000, Mr. McNaughton received a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario’s Faculty of Law and Richard Ivey School of Business.
Mr. Murray is a Director, Ardenton Capital Corp.* Previously, Mr. Murray was a Managing Director in investment banking where he had a 20-year career at a number of firms including National Bank Financial, Versant Partners, Raymond James Ltd., and AltaCorp Capital. His transaction experience has ranged from venture stage to large capitalization companies in a broad range of sectors including: aerospace, agriculture, business services, consumer products, engineering and construction, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, technology, transportation and waste management. Mr. Murray earned a MBA from McGill University in 1995 and received the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1997.
Douglas Osrow is the Chief Financial Officer of Remark Media, Inc. (“Remark”). Remark is a global digital media company focusing on the 18-year-old to 34-year-old. Remark owns and operates digital media properties, such as websites and applications for mobile devices, that provide unique dynamic media experiences in multiple content verticals. Prior to this, Mr. Osrow served as the Chief Financial Officer of Paragon Gaming Corporation, where he was responsible for re-financing several of the properties and negotiating buy-outs and partnerships. Mr. Osrow has an extensive background in capital markets, deal execution, valuations, research and a network of corporate relationships in the real estate, gaming and lodging sector. Mr. Osrow earned an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management.
James Varanese is a lawyer and investor with over 20 years experience in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Varanese has a Bachelor of Science from Harvard, a Masters of Policy from the Kennedy School of Government, and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard.
