SCHEDULER

The Scheduler allows you to select specific programs/games and assign them to specific session date(s) and time(s). A user can assign these programs to an individual session or multiple sessions.

POS

eVent's POS (Point of Sales) records all invoices for customer product purchases, tracks sales and inventory, provides the opportunity for discounts, coupons and special pricing while tracking all revenue by game. In addition, it is possible to sell to future events.

INVENTORY

eVent's Inventory controls provide complete detail records of all your inventory. Inventory records include receipt dates, dates of use, session use, balances in various storage locations and even re-order levels to help you track these valuable assets.

PAYMASTER / CALLER

Through this screen, the caller will select games for play, start and end individual bingo games and verify winning cards. The ability to issue/record prize payments from this module upon acceptance of a verified winner is also an option.

ADVISOR / PAYOUT

A true control of your entire session occurs from this area. All cash movement in and out and within the session are tracked here as well as assigning and activating staff and positions (i.e. cashiers, callers, paymasters, etc.)

SUMMARY

Through the summary you are able to view high level summaries of sessions as well as the status of the session. Here is where you will also access sessions to post, close or make adjustments.
